FAST, IMPACT-RESISTANT 2K PU ADHESIVE

- Hand strength after 30 minutes

- Cures to an impact-resistant plastic

- Shrink-free, also in thicker layers
- High chemical resistance
- An opened tube can be used several times
Instructions
- Processing temperature between +5°C and +40°C
- Apply on clean, dust- and grease-free substrates
- Use Tec7 Prepare & Finish for safe cleaning and degreasing, for perfect finishing and for removing uncured Tec7 polymers. In case of heavy soiling, clean with Tec7 Cleaner and/or Multiclean
- Apply with hand or air pistol (best with telescopic piston)
- Due to the wide variety of different plastics and compositions, as well as materials prone to stress corrosion, preliminary tests are recommended
- Test adhesion to plastics, powdered paints, exotic woods and bituminous materials
- Reinforce weak and/or porous substrates first with Poxy Primer
- Due to the variety of lacquers and paints on the market, testing is recommended. The use of alkyd resin-based products may delay the drying process
- For mirror bonding in sanitary areas, only apply vertical glue strips to avoid stagnant moisture due to condensation
- Ideal adhesive thickness for optimal bonding strength: 3 mm
